Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood writer and actor who has been recognized for her talent. Sagittarius by birth the actress was born December 3 60 in North Carolina. She is one of the three children of Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a paratrooper. She's English and Scottish.
